Photovoltaic Manufacturing Process
The three levels that make up the Isofoton factory integrate a perfectly synchronised rising and cyclic production process: from level 1 with the introduction of raw materials into the storage areas up to level 3, and once again on level 1 to prepare the product for distribution.

1 Cutting of the riser tubes
2 Punching of the manifold tubes
3 Welding of the harper grid
4 Cutting of the selective copper sheet
5 Presure test
6 Ultrasonic welding of absorber


COLLECTOR MANUFACTURING
 
1 Assembling of the casing
2 Closing of the casing
3 Placing of solar glass and profile
4 Placing of connection racords and manifold tube protection
5 Cleaning, labelling, packaging and placing on pallets
