Intracommunication Plan
The concept of Intracommunication was introduced at Isofoton over 6 years ago, and its importance in the company has steadily grown to the point of becoming one of its identifying characteristics. This live tool, constantly evolving and with a vocation of continuity, constitutes Isofoton’s particular response to the management of communication within the company. Throughout the years, the concerns of the employees have been brought to the attention of the management, and Isofoton’s workers have been involved in decision-making. Thanks to this Intracommunication Plan, the organization of multidisciplinary work groups has gone from the communication area to being an identifying characteristic of the corporate management.
2006 Sustainability Report
Publication of the first Sustainability Report according to the protocol established by the Global Reporting Institute (GRI) in their “Sustainability Reporting Frameworks”.
Corporate Responsibility Director Plan
Currently, a Corporate Responsibility Director Plan is being put into place in order to give previously completed work continuity, and to fix the basic elements of the corporate identity and culture of Isofoton into place in the medium-long term, establishing assessable objectives and identifying new areas for improvement.
