After-sales Service

ISOFOTON´s commitment to its customers does not end with supply of the product, but instead is ongoing. After-sales service at Isofoton involves a highly skilled team of professionals who offer a high quality, fast and efficient service, providing the solutions necessary to meet the customer’s needs.

ISOFOTON offers two channels for customer care service:

1. A form for customers to complete with the details of the incident. Upon receiving the form, the Isofoton After-sales Department will keep the customers informed as to the situation and progress of their request.
