If you wish to report an incident, please consult your regular distributor/installer and explain the reason for your complaint. The official distributor will provide you with a form to be filled out with all relevant information concerning the breakdown or failure. If you prefer, you can access this form below. Upon receiving the form, we will inform the distributor of the proper steps to take in order to expedite the solution to your problem.
