After-Sales

Isofoton´s commitment with customers does not end when a product is supplied; it goes on long after the sale. The Isofoton After-sales Service consists of a highly skilled team of professionals who offer a quality, fast, efficient service to fulfil customers´ requirements, providing the necessary solutions to meet their needs.

The company also has the very latest monitoring tools to proactively check that turnkey projects are operating correctly, thus improving maintenance and ensuring maximum service life.

Isofoton offers two channels for customer care service:

  1. A form for customers to complete with the details of the incident. On receipt of the form, the Isofoton After-sales Department will keep the customer informed on the situation and progress made thereon.

  2. An e-mail address so that customers can contact the After-sales Department directly at: postventa@isofoton.com
Isofoton offers an on-going service through these channels, giving advice and clarifying doubts and incidents on products after they have been sold.

In this way, Isofoton upholds its commitment with the customer from start to finish. To close a product´s life cycle, Isofoton facilitates the management of its modules at the end of their service life, recycling and recovering materials used to make the product doubly sustainable ("double green").
