   The user agrees to use the web pages and their services and content without violating the current legislation, bona fide, the generally accepted uses, and public order.  The use of the website for unlawful or detrimental purposes against Isofoton or any third party, or which, in any way, could cause harm or impede the normal operation of the website are also prohibited.

   All contents of the aforementioned web pages are property of Isofoton.  All rights not specifically granted here are reserved.  The reproduction, transmission, distribution, or storage of the total or partial content in any format without prior written permission from Isofoton is strictly prohibited, except under the following terms.  Isofoton authorizes you the user to visit their web pages on your computer or to print copies of extracts of said pages for personal use only and not for redistribution, unless you have written permission from Isofoton.  Each one of the documents included on our web pages can be subject to additional terms indicated in said document.

   The use of these websites and their content is allowed for private, not commercial, use.  The use of the press releases and other documents classified as public is allowed in public communications citing the source of the information.

   The duration of the provision of the service of Isofoton’s web pages and of the services is indefinite.

   The aforementioned notwithstanding, Isofoton reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of the service of the web pages or of any of the services therein.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

   Isofoton is a registered trademark.  The names of Isofoton’s products and/or services are product brands or registered trademarks of Isofoton.  Other product names and companies mentioned here can be product brands or commercial names of their respective owners.  Access to these websites will not be interpreted as the implicit concession, by exclusion nor any other means, of any permission or right to use the brands that appear on these websites without the prior written authorization from Isofoton or from the owner of said brands.

   The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content supplied by third parties is the exclusive responsibility of said third parties.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

    The objective of the present Privacy Policy is to inform those users that are going to provide information on those parts of the corporate website that ask for it, located on the Isofoton server, about the policy followed by ISOFOTON, S.A., in its capacity as manager of said file and with legally registered address at CALLE MONTALBAN, NUMBER 9, Madrid, about the protection of personal information, and their associated rights so that the users can thus determine, freely and voluntarily, whether they wish to make available to Isofoton that personal information that may be required, or that may be obtained upon their use of and subscription to some of the services offered by Isofoton.

    The simple act of accessing this web page and accepting the present Privacy Policy implies the acceptance of the treatment of your personal information. Furthermore, Isofoton reserves the right to modify the present Privacy Policy to adapt it to any new issuances of legislation or jurisprudences that can occur, to new services affecting information protection, as well as to practices in the Internet industry.

    Isofoton guarantees compliance with that established in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December of Personal Data Protection, in Royal Decree 1720/2007, in Royal Decree 994/1999 of Security Measures and other applicable legislation, and that the personal information obtained by means of the email address isofoton@isofoton.com shall be stored in a database belonging to Isofoton who shall adopt the technical, organizational, and security measures required to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information.

    The user and/or professional have been informed and give their express and unequivocal consent for their information to be entered into the file, for which Isofoton has full responsibility, and for it to be duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.  The collecting of their personal information is in order to be able to carry out all necessary processes for the maintenance of relationships with clients, providers, and for the control and monitoring of Isofoton, who may send advertising material about its products and any information related to said products, inform about fairs, events, courses, conferences, …, related to the Solar sector, give access to the monitoring services of Isofoton’s installations, etc.

    Isofoton is fully aware of the use and treatment that must be afforded to the obtained personal information.  The company acknowledges and guarantees to comply with all current legal regulations, and agrees to fulfil its obligation not to disclose personal information, the duty therein implied, guaranteeing the adoption of all measures of protection and security necessary as they are able, to prevent the alteration, loss, negligent use, unauthorized access, or theft in accordance with the Regulation of Measures of Security of Automated Files passed by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July.

    Isofoton provides users with the appropriate technical resources in order to, previously, access the Privacy Policy or any other relevant information, and to be able to provide their consent so that Isofoton can process their personal information.  The user guarantees that the personal information provided to Isofoton is true and shall be responsible for notifying the company of any change in this information.

    The users acknowledge and may exercise their right to access, correct, cancel, and oppose, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 of 13 December and Royal Decree 1720/2007.  The users may exercise these rights by emailing Isofoton at the address isofoton@isofoton.com, attaching a copy of their National Identity Document, Foreign Identification Number, or Passport.

11. MINORS:

    People under the age of 18 can not send any information to Isofoton without the permission of their father, mother, or legal guardian, nor can they make purchases or other legal actions on these web pages without said permission, unless the allowed by the applicable legislation.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

    The present terms and conditions are ruled by Spanish legislation.

    Isofoton and the user, expressly renounce any other privilege that may correspond to them, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless legally required to submit themselves to other Courts and Tribunals.
